SOME THINGS can really really really mess your computer.  BACK-UP your registry, BACK-UP your user.dat, Hell, Just copy your whole windows folder into another directory (preferable on another drive.)

DOn't Cry to me.  I'll just laugh at you while you have to reinstall windows.

I'm currently working on a program to decrypt the windows password file.  On your system they are in the windows folder named *.pwl  The star is the user name.  No matter how long the password is(1-42 symbols) the file is Usually the same size (688 bytes) If anyone could send some help please do so  SEND HELP
